Make Up Forever Matt Velvet (shade: #170)
Matt Velvet is my go-to foundation for everyday wear. It works pretty well with my oily skin and has a powdery finish setting. After a certain amount of hours this foundation will move on my skin because I am extremely oily. So, I find that if I set it with a powder (Bare Escentuals powder foundation) it doesn’t move.

Estee Lauder Double Wear (shade: rich caramel)
I can’t wear double wear everyday, because it’ll break me out, but if I know that I’m going to be out all day and it’s really hot or I have a long shift at work (9 hours), then I will wear double wear. I know a lot of people don’t like double wear because they feel like their wearing a mask, but if you have EXTREMELY oily skin like me, it’s great. You can also sheer it down by using a stippling brush. I find that this color makes me look pretty dead when I wear this, so I set it with Bare Minerals to put some color back in my face. To me, it’s extremely hard to remove. The only way I can remove it is with my Clarisonic. But hey, it doesn’t move after 10 hours on my oily face so I’m not complaining that much.

MAC Pro-longwear (shade NW45 )
I was interested in the pro longwear foundation because I have been using the concealer for about two years. Originally I had bought NW40 online, as that is the same color as the concealer I use which is a perfect match. The NW40 foundation is about 2 shades lighter than the concealer so I went up to NW45 which is not a great match for me. This color is very orange. I find that I need to set it which, makes me look even more off. I can only pull this foundation off during the summer, after I’ve hit the beach a couple times. Probably would not repurchase.

NARS Sheer Matte (shade:Macao)
This foundation is very sheer, so if you have hyper-pigmentation you’ll have to layer it up a bit. I like it. It is moussey texture, which feels good when putting it on the skin. The setting is not very matte, more of a dewy finish, which I’m not so much in to so I set it. The smell is kind of peculiar to me. It oxidizes a bit on me which stinks. The only thing that I really hate about this foundation is that it doesn’t have a pump! If anyone knows what kind of pump will fit in this let me know. I know that MAC ones don’t.

Maybelline BB Cream (shade: Deep)
I was shocked that this is a fairly decent match (it’s a tad dark) for my skin being a drugstore foundation. I’m shocked it hasn’t broken me out. I wouldn’t call this a BB Cream at all. It’s really just a tinted moisturizer. I wouldn’t recommend this for oily skin, because it’s not going to hold up well throughout the day. But it’s ok to throw on if you’re running errands and you don’t want to put on a face of make up.
